Year 1 is taught by Mrs McFeely and Mrs Bonnell. A Teaching Assistant also supports the children with their learning every morning. In addition to the classroom, Year 1 have access to a large covered outside area, practical area and additional space for a role-play area. This means that as children move from the EYFS to the National Curriculum, they can do so by building up gradually, ensuring a smooth and happy transition.
