Join storyteller Pyn Stockman for an action packed storytelling adventure game this Half Term.
The session will be packed with puzzles, clues and creative tasks to find the lost book and imagine a fantastical design for a magic flying ship to travel through portals and save all the trees and flowers from the terrible sorcerer who has taken them all away.
We need your imaginations and skills to save the day.
Suitable for ages 8-12.
Please only book tickets for any children attending the event.
Pyn is a storyteller living on a boat in the West Midlands. She spends her time working with and telling stories to people of all ages in all kinds of places - festivals, woodlands, libraries, theatres, parks and schools. She’s worked with lots of different organisations like Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Arts Council, Birmingham Roundhouse, Birmingham Literature Festival, Bournville Book Festival, Birmingham Hippodrome.
She also enjoys story making and running story games with children and young people and loves listening to their ideas. In fact she makes whole projects based around stories and games including "Time Slip" for Bournville Book Festival 2021 and "City Secrets" with Secret City Arts which has just been released as an audio adventure with an accompanying booklet.
You can find out more about her work at www.pynstockman.com or by following her on social media - instagram, twitter and Facebook as @pynstory
We look forward to welcoming you to the library.
