Last night, we were privileged to work alongside Armonico Consort in their show 'AC Academy Does The Royal Albert Hall'. Seventeen of our wonderful singers, accompanied by Mrs Newitt and Mrs Clewley headed to London for what was, without doubt, an experience of a lifetime. The children truly sang and danced their hearts out during the first half to songs including Viva La Vida, Happy, Les Mis and Baba Yetu (an absolute highlight). The second half was an extraordinary experience, watching, and joining with Carmina Burana. The singing, dancing (from Strictly's Karen Hauer) and musical accompaniment was truly spectacular. It was a very late night but such a wonderful opportunity for our children who love singing and performing. A huge thank you to the families of these children who have supported their rehearsals and to the many who made the journey down to watch their children SHINE.
