Reception have been on a journey around the world this term and this week they landed in Australia.
The children have been getting super crafty with their tasks and have demonstrated that they are still fully enthused and involved in their home learning remote tasks.
Activity one involved the children picking their favourite Aussie animal and making a mask. We had so many wonderful creations including koalas, kangaroos and even a cassowary.
The second activity focused on learning about the Great Barrier Reef. After reading Somebody Swallowed Stanley the children knew how important it was to look after our world in order to protect it. The children created fish to remind them of the beautiful array found in the Reef.
