Mini Masters of Mindfulness
Reception class had a mindfulness morning as part of Healthy Schools Week. We soaked our hands in bubbly water and relaxed with cucumber on our eyes while listening to our favourite Disney songs. We took part in mindfulness colouring and yoga. We also made healthy drink and food choices at break time. We enjoyed learning about ways to stay relaxed and had an enjoyable morning.
