Sleep Better programme
If you have a child with additional needs and sleep issues, bedtime can be tricky. Whether they struggle to communicate how they’re feeling, have increased anxiety, sensory issues, or social cueing problems, sleeping well may be difficult. The Sleep Better programme is suitable for parents and carers of children who are one year old and over who are struggling with bedtime routines, their child’s sleeping patterns or bedtime as a whole.
